Born in the West Coast of South Africa, Arné Louw never imagined art as part of her life. As high school art classes ended, so did her formal artistic education. Living in the 21st century, learning new techniques and skills were easy to learn and so she taught herself, building on the foundation of her very basic art skills. Arné is now a full-time mathematics teacher, living in Bloemfontein, who paints in her free time. Painting became an outlet to her full time job. She serves her collectors with a willing and grateful heart, by giving them something unique and special in the form of a painting.
